Sublime Solutions is prepared to help you with your Staging to Sell, Staging to Live, and Staging to Work needs. To start the process, we offer both Bids and Consultations. Bids are always FREE to our clients within the Central Kentucky area. Bids and Consultations may include travel fees to Kentucky counties outside of Central Kentucky or in other states.Bids include a visit to the home or office to determine the quantity and price of the work. Consultations consist of two or more home or office visits as well as a presentation and report of the steps to complete the clients’ desired outcome. Consultation prices range from $99 to $199 depending on the quantity of work. Our staff and the client will then work together to formulate a plan and budget for the design, redesign, or organization services. The additional steps required for Staging to Sell services are described below.
Staging to Sell
There are many added benefits to staging your home with Sublime Solutions. We work directly either with the home seller or with any Real Estate Broker or Agent representing the seller. Our staging staff includes Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP) and individuals with an undergraduate Interior Design degrees, ensuring that your services are provided by the most qualified and knowledgeable home stagers. Sublime Solutions staff will either provide a bid or a consultation to the client during the first meeting. The process is detailed below.- Bids are FREE if conducted in the Central Kentucky area.
- Bids include a home visit to determine the quantity and price of the work needed.
- There is no obligation for continued work with Sublime Solutions following a bid.
- However, bids may lead to Consultations or to Staging by Sublime Solutions.
- Consultations include a home visit as well as a report with a detailed inventory of the steps necessary to prepare the house for placement on the housing market.
- Consultation prices may range from $99 to $199 depending on the quantity of work; however, there are listing discounts available.
- The client and Associate Stager will determine if the home will be staged and who is responsible for each aspect of the staging work.
- Staging fees are calculated based on the home square footage, the items that the Associate Stager will complete, and the amount of furniture and accessories to be added to the home for staging.
- The home will be designated an ASP Staged Home and will received additional marketing benefits if the entire living area of the home is staged. Benefits include home placement on additional internet sites, a complimentary Sublime Solutions Open House, and other print advertising and direct mail options.
